ADVERTISING Account Assistant

We are looking for a smart, motivated, and organized Advertising Account Assistant to join our Media Manager team in our Rochester, MN location. Job Summary:

​We are looking for a Microsoft Excel wizard and someone who has advanced knowledge using Excel formulas. This position will help our team create efficiencies of our current processes and integration within our enterprise software system. Candidate must be comfortable using big data, spreadsheets, and developing reports. Ideal candidates would have intermediate coding ability, advance knowledge of enterprise software experience specifically NetSuite, and intermediate InDesign knowledge. Position will support the Client Services department. The Account Executive position is a support role and will have some interaction with our clients daily. In the interview process, you will be expected to demonstrate your skills.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Associates degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or any related field.

  • 1-3 years of professional business experience.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel & Adobe Suite knowledge.

  • A high level of ethics, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality.

  • Strong technical and organizational skills in addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • This position is located in Rochester, MN. This is not a remote position. You must live in the Rochester, MN area.

Pay Range: $37,000 - $45,000 per year.

Advertising account manager

In this position, you will have the chance to learn the Direct Response advertising industry while working on all facets of the business. This opportunity is a full-time salaried position.

Job Summary:

  • Primary duties are to produce, edit, and traffic all print and radio advertising creative.

  • Participate in campaign management activities including (but not limited to): media planning, results reporting, tear-sheeting, client calls, and proposal development.

  • Working with media vendors to execute client orders.

  • Work with clients to execute requests and interpret campaign performance.

  • Help with competitive analysis including gathering intelligence, analyzing, and presenting results.

  • Conduct ongoing communication with existing partners by e-mail, phone, web announcement posting, and other correspondence.

  • Provide support to the CEO as needed.

  • Opportunity to touch all elements of the business and get involved deeper in areas of interest.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Associates degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or any related field.

  • 3 years of professional business experience.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft excel required including understanding of advanced formulas.

  • Proficient with Adobe suite is a plus.

  • Proficiency with all MS Office Applications is a plus.

Pay Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.

ADVERTISING AGENCY INTERN

We are looking for a smart, motivated, and organized intern to add to our Media Manager team this summer in our Rochester, MN office. In this position, you will have the chance to learn about the Direct Response advertising industry while working on all facets of the business. This opportunity is a paid summer internship from June – August 2021.

  • Assist with necessary office projects.

  • Create a social media campaign calendar for the company to implement.

  • Assist the New Business team with finding leads, providing contact information, pulling together marketing content for sales pitches, etc.

  • Provide support to other staff members as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Working towards a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or any related field.

  • Must be a heading into Junior or Senior year of college.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft office programs.

  • Proficiency with InDesign is preferred.

  • Strong technical and organizational skills in addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • This position is located in the Rochester, MN office. This is not a remote position. You must live in Rochester, MN or within commuting distance to the office.

Pay Range: $12 - $15 per hour.
