Account Coordinator

     We are looking for a smart, motivated, and organized Account Coordinator to join the Media Manager team in our Rochester Location. In this position, you will have the chance to learn the Direct Response advertising industry while working on all facets of the business. This opportunity is Full-time salaried position.

Job Summary:

  • Primary duties are to produce, edit, and traffic all print and radio advertising creative.

  • Participate in campaign management activities including (but not limited to): media planning, results reporting, tear-sheeting, client calls, and proposal development.

  • Working with media vendors to execute client orders.

  • Work with clients to execute requests and interpret campaign performance.

  • Help with competitive analysis including gathering intelligence, analyzing, and presenting results.

  • Conduct ongoing communication with existing partners by E-mail, phone, web announcement posting, and other correspondence.

  • Provide support to the CEO as needed.

  • Opportunity to touch all elements of the business and get involved deeper in areas of interest.

Job Requirements:

  • College education or working towards a bachelor’s or Associates degree in Advertising, Marketing, or Business.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft excel required including understanding of advanced formulas

  • Proficient with Adobe suite a plus.

  • Proficiency with all MS Office Applications a plus.

  • Possess effective and efficient written and verbal communication skills.
